Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern participation in the Hospitality Venture Club, an initiative of Swiss Hospitality Investment Club GmbH (SHIC). By submitting an application you accept these terms.

Participation is open to startups with a connection to the hospitality industry. Applications must be submitted via the official form before the stated deadline. Submitting an application does not create a right to be selected; the organiser selects participants at its sole discretion.

Participation in the Hospitality Venture Club is free of charge for selected startups. Selected participants agree to present their venture to the jury and invited investors and to provide accurate information throughout the process.

You retain all rights to the materials and ideas you submit. Pitch materials are shared with the jury and investors only with your consent. The organiser will treat non-public information with appropriate care but recommends you avoid disclosing trade secrets you do not wish to share.

The organiser provides the platform with reasonable care but accepts no liability for outcomes such as securing investment or partnerships. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Swiss Hospitality Investment Club GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.
